JoAnn Capan
Executive Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer
Ms. Capan joined Lewis-Goetz in 1976. During her 32 years with the Company, she has held various management positions in finance and accounting, including Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Controller. In her current position, she is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial statement information and is also responsible for overseeing the tax activities of the Company. Ms. Capan has a B.S. in Mathematics as well as an Accounting Certificate equivalency from the University of Pittsburgh.
