George (“Randy”) R. Fox
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Fox became an employee of the Company on May 1, 2006. He previously acted as the Company’s outside legal advisor and has been a member of the Board of Directors for seven years. Mr. Fox has been intricately involved in many of the Company’s recent acquisitions, and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s operations, legal and administration, human resources and supply chain management activities. Mr. Fox has a B.S. in accounting and an M.B.A. from the University of Dayton and received a Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fox worked in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. and then worked as a corporate attorney focusing on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Mr. Fox most recently was Chairman of the Corporate Department of the law firm Pietragallo Bosick & Gordon.
