David R. Goetz
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Goetz started his career with The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in 1967. After various sales and marketing assignments, Mr. Goetz joined the Company in 1972. Over his 36 years of service to the Company, Mr. Goetz has been engaged in all aspects of the Company’s operations, including sales, management, operations, finance, administration, human resources, accounting, quality assurance, and information systems. Under his leadership, the Company increased annual sales from $4 million in 1972 to over $300 million projected in 2008. Mr. Goetz has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
