Mr. Johnson started his career in the rubber products industry with The Gates Rubber Company in 1980 as a District Sales Manager, where he was responsible for distributor and customer development. In 1981, Mr. Johnson began working for Industrial Rubber Company covering the West Virginia market. His responsibilities over the years included outside sales, division General Manager, and information technology implementation. With the purchase of Industrial Rubber Company by LewisGoetz in 2002, he became the Sales Manager of the Industrial Rubber locations and later was named Hose Products Manager of LewisGoetz. His current responsibilities include all product sales and marketing, including vendor selection and management, product customization, sales support at existing contract customers and business development with a focus on strategic account development and organic growth, Mr. Johnson has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Kent State University and an M.B.A. from West Virginia University.
