Michael J. Kulmoski, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Kulmoski joined the Company on July 1, 2006 and is a seasoned financial executive with over 24 years of financial accounting and operational management experience. He has served in the public accounting arena as a senior manager (KPMG) as well as several entrepreneurial ventures, where he gained extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business integration, equity raising and company growth (from infancy to maturity). Mr. Kulmoski’s responsibilities with the Company include all financial aspects of the business operation, mergers and acquisitions, integration, investor and banking relations and financial reporting. In addition, Mr. Kulmoski has responsibility for managing key corporate IT initiatives. Mr. Kulmoski has a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Washington and Jefferson College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
