James E. Thieman

Executive Vice President, Operations

Mr. Thieman joined Lewis-Goetz in 1973. During his 35 years with the Company he has worked in customer service and field sales, and held management positions in the Conveyor Belt Department and the Pittsburgh division. In his current position, Mr. Thieman is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the divisions and serves as a key support asset to other members of Management. Currently Mr. Thieman is responsible for the implementation and rollout of the company’s new ERP system at all U.S. and Canadian divisions. Additionally he is responsible for the integration of all acquired or green fielded divisions, as well as the implementation of consistent “best-practice” procedures. Mr. Thieman has a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
