LewisGoetz acquires Samson Industrial

Pittsburgh, PA: LewisGoetz and Company, Inc. has closed the acquisition of Samson Industrial, effective, Thursday, July 19th. The transaction will be very positive for the employees, customers and strategic suppliers of the combined Company. LewisGoetz management views Samson Industrial as having a strong strategic and cultural fit with LewisGoetz.
LewisGoetz is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA and is one of North America's largest industrial distributors.
