LewisGoetz has acquired substantially all of the assets of JA-MAR Conveyor and Components (“JA-MAR”)

Pittsburgh, PA: LewisGoetz and Company, Inc. (“LewisGoetz”) announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of JA-MAR Conveyor and Components (“JA-MAR”), a regional conveyor system installation and service company based in Bellaire, Ohio.
Jeff Crane, President and CEO of LewisGoetz said of the acquisition, “The combination of JA-MAR’s exceptional service capabilities with LewisGoetz’s products and sales force is a natural fit. Mark Allen, the owner of JA-MAR, will remain with the company as a General Manager to help grow the product and service sales of the combined companies.
