Expansion Joint Survey Program
Lewis-Goetz provides a full service survey where we come in and tag, measure and identify problems or potential problems for the end user. A detailed report will be given in both binder and electronic form so that the end user and Lewis-Goetz can be proactive in replacing bad joints and reducing inventory.
Pump Survey Program
Lewis-Goetz provides a full service survey program on pumps and rotating equipment identifying bad actors both in packing and mechanical seals. The survey recommends the proper product for the application, the proper environmental controls for both water and product conservation and provides training for longer seal life.
Product Consolidation Survey Program
Lewis-Goetz can provide major cost savings in inventory and maintenance by reducing the variety of product in "like" sizes while recommending and at times upgrading product that will reduce installation errors and produce longer uptime for the plant. This is done in conjunction with plant maintenance and engineering personnel.
